About this apartment rental
Located on Rugstieg in the heart of Wyk, our four apartments are designed to accommodate 2 to 5 people. Thanks to a connecting door, the two ground-floor apartments can be combined upon request to create a lovely family home for 6 people.
Right in the center of Wyk, our ground-floor Apartment 1, measuring approximately 80 square meters, invites you to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The hallway leads to the individual rooms. The spacious living area, featuring an integrated dining area and a small kitchen, is the heart of the apartment. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a phone with unlimited calls to German landlines, a DVD player, and a stereo system, you can enjoy social gatherings or perhaps play a game together at the dining table. The well-equipped kitchen is small but charming. The master bedroom, featuring a double bed and a closet, has an additional TV. From here—as well as from the living room—you can step out onto the terrace. The small, cozy children’s room has two single beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. In the bathroom, which has a window, you can choose between a shower and a bathtub. In the basement of the house, a small fitness room, a sauna, and a washer and dryer are available for shared use. All apartments are furnished to be allergy-friendly and child-friendly. The well-maintained house with its idyllic garden is located near the Stadtwäldchen park, home to the “Löwenhöhle” adventure playground, inviting young and old alike to take a stroll and relax. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the beach and the ocean, as well as the pedestrian zone with its numerous cafés, small shops, and restaurants.
Apartments 1 and 2 can be combined via a connecting door upon request.
