Two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Living room with comfortable sofa, sofa bed and kitchen with bar, stove with 4 burners, ideal for families who go for a walk on the coffee axis
Guest access
The property has a large front garden, ideal for storing motorcycles if you travel by motorcycle, can be used for smoking, chatting, use of relaxation area.
Also if you go with children, you can use that space to play and even with the neighbors of the place
Other things to note
In the area there are neighbors that eventually and on December dates, like to party late at night, and also on weekends, which is allowed, as long as they are not annoying. The street is pedestrian and you can hear noises from such parties. Based on our experiences;
with kindness you ask to go down to the music, and they are receptive, as they are not annoying, or rude.
Only owners and guests will live in and around rl area.
There are police phone numbers, ambulances, firefighters and all necessary numbers in case of emergency. We have security cameras outside the property for guest safety
