86 Spring Street is a five unit building located on Historic Spring Street.
Unit Three is located on the third floor, and is the perfect retreat after a
day spent wandering around downtown. The room has a vaulted ceiling and is
bright, open and airy. The best part of this unit is the private roof top
deck!
The bathroom was recently renovated with a glass walk in shower and huge
soaking tub. The unit was also updated with mini splits, so you can keep it
cool in the summer, or cozy in the winter.
All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come
outfitted in high end linens and towels.
Aside from the cleanliness of the space, it is in one of the most sought after
locations in Newport. You are steps away from Thames Street, Bannisters &
Bowens Wharf, and endless restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks
for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an
email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a
cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of
our guests.
There are two off street parking spots which are on a first come, first serve
basis. There are, however, paid public parking lots on Church Street,and also
one on Clarke St. which are both just two blocks away. There is also the
option of parking for free at another Windward Lot which is a ten minute walk
away located off Broadway. Please contact us if you will be needing access to
this lot.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available
for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just
