Location, location, location!! This newly renovated, dog friendly, open
concept home is located right in the heart of downtown with off street
parking.
It boasts two bedrooms, two full baths and a bonus loft, a beautiful living
room and gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer. The
private, fully fenced in patio, makes for great outdoor experiences, with a
dining table for six, lounge seating, gas fire-pit, gas grill, and outdoor
shower.

7 Young Street is single family home with two off street parking spots in the
heart of downtown Newport. The home has been fully renovated, and can
accommodate up to six guests.
There are two bedrooms, each bedroom with queen sized beds, ample closet space
and TV’s. There is another full sized bed located in the loft. There are two
full bathrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor with
high end towels and toiletries provided.
The entire home has been updated with mini splits to make your stay
comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer on the first floor for your
convenience as well.
The private, fully fenced in patio is what makes this property truly unique
for its in town location.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks
for all of the doors. All guests will get an email the morning of their
arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a
cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of
our guests.
There are two off-street parking spaces.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available
for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send
