First floor: A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoors, as well as a convenient guest restroom. The original, low ceiling beams lend the rooms a special coziness (Note: The headroom here is occasionally approximately 1.95 m).
Upper Floor: Here you’ll find two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living room. A special highlight is the direct view of the dike from this floor.
Exclusive Outdoor Area & Parking:
Garden & Terrace: The apartment includes a private garden and a terrace, which are available for your exclusive use—ideal for undisturbed time outdoors.
Carport: You can park your vehicle conveniently and sheltered from the weather in a covered parking space right next to the house.
