About this house rental
Town centre house with garden.
Quiet area, close to the old St Médard train station, the Bordeaux-Lacanau cycle path, children's playgrounds and the city stadium.
Ideally located less than 30 minutes from Bordeaux, about 40 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from the airport.

The extra bed (convertible sofa bed) is additional 10 euros per night.
A large market is within walking distance of the house. It takes place every Saturday morning on the main square of Saint-Médard.
You will also find all the amenities (bakery, butcher/delicatessen, greengrocer, cheesemonger, tobacconist, supermarket, restaurants, etc...)
The cinema, media library and performance hall Le Carré des Jalles are located around the square.
A bus stop (line G) will take you directly to the Place des Quinconces in Bordeaux.
The beautiful engineer's park is also within walking distance.
Water swimming pool 2km away.
UCPA Equestrian Centre 3km away.
