About this house rental
Cozy Hartwell lake cottage, a peaceful place to unwind and relax, Lake front, deep water cove s clear water and almost no boat traffic. The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun.
The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.
Please note the pathway to the dock is a concrete and stairs path with a steep incline I would compare this to a 4 to 5 story of stairs , this is typical of deep water lake lots and provide clear deep water at the dock but may not be suitable for persons with physical limitations .
I am 59 and will go up and down 8 to ten times in a day so it’s not to bad
