***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost. *The Charcoal grill is free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS
The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking 200 feet walk from the house.
***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed. $150 Pet fee for each animal.
