Broomfield apartment nestled between Boulder and Denver, this perfect apartment offers a soothing retreat for guests to feel at home and a great location to explore all that Colorado has to offer.
Two cozy bedrooms include one queen bed and two twin beds. An extra twin bed can be rolled out -ideal for an additional guest.
With 1700sqft, you will have plenty of space to relax. Please note that there is a shared entrance and the owner lives onsite but the 1700sqft is private to you. The only shared spaces are the entrance, the oversized laundry and dryer, and the patio which features outdoor seating, a grill and a fire pit. You can also have access to the upstairs double oven as needed.

A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook all your meals and wash your dishes in the dishwasher.

The coffee bar includes an espresso machine, a traditional coffee pot, a K-Cup machine and a tea kettle.
The dining room has seating for 4, and the bar has 4 comfortable barstools. Additional seating for the dining set can be arranged. Additionally, you can enjoy foosball or any of our many board games when you want to enjoy some time indoors.
The living room features an 85" TV and a fire feature to warm up the place; perfect for lounging after a day of exploring or enjoying the nearby skiing.
The office is the perfect spot for digital nomads. It includes a printer, two larger monitors avail for extra screens and plenty of space for two to four people working at the extra-large sized desks.
Also included is a well-equipped bathroom with a refreshing, spacious shower.
We also include your own personal gym room with a full body weightlifting set, along with some yoga mats and kettle bells.

Extras include access to charge your Electric Vehicle (EV) a pack and play crib and a high chair if you have a little one.
