This high-quality, 3-room ground-floor apartment, measuring approximately 87 square meters, is equipped to accommodate 4 people. From the spacious entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room with an open kitchen and a furnished south-facing terrace. The high-quality kitchen with a counter features an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and an oven with an integrated microwave. Both bedrooms offer high-quality sleeping comfort with FBF brand box-spring beds (160x200 and 200x200) and feature built-in closets and TVs. Cribs are available upon request. The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms with showers, each equipped with a hair dryer and towel dryer. The apartment features large-format tiles and underfloor heating. The bedrooms are carpeted. Internet (subject to availability), Sharemagazin, and a smart TV are provided.
The building features a spacious wellness area with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and relaxation room, as well as a laundry room with a shared washer/dryer. At 20 x 5 meters, the swimming pool is the largest in our complex. Smoking and dogs are prohibited throughout the entire complex. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival. An underground parking space can be reserved for a fee. An electric car charging station is located at the building and can be used for a fee. You can park your bicycles in the underground garage in a designated parking space (not additionally secured).
