Exclusive 2-room apartment on the 10th floor of Haus Metropol with sweeping views of the North Sea, approx. 88 m², non-smoking. North/west corner with ocean view. Living room with seating area, TV, radio, Internet access (subject to availability), west-facing balcony with ocean view and north-facing balcony, separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and microwave, dining area with a view toward the north overlooking the ocean, bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200), built-in closet, and TV, as well as a west-facing balcony with a view of the sea; shower room/toilet. Pets are not allowed. The accompanying garage parking space (10/S22—access via Strandstraße) can be reserved upon booking completion for €15.00 per night. A laundry room and bicycle storage are located in the building. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival.
