A modern, 3-room apartment located right next to the surf beach,
on the first floor, with approximately 55 square meters. The bright living room features a large, cozy sofa area, a glass table, a compact stereo system with radio and CD player, a glass cabinet with a flat-screen satellite TV, and a dining area for 4 people. You have direct access to the south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The small open kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, offers everything you need to prepare your own meals.
The small bedroom features a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a small nightstand, and a children’s sofa. The large bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two mattresses, nightstands, a chair, and a flat-screen TV. A 3-door wardrobe provides ample storage space. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower partition, a sink, and a toilet.

A parking space (No. 5) is included with the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace; pets will no longer be allowed starting in 2021.
