This light-filled, exclusive 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor (easily accessible by elevator) on a quiet residential street. The apartment is located approximately 30 meters from the fine sandy beach and 100 meters from the town center. The spacious 2-room apartment features designer vinyl flooring and tiles and offers 55 m² of space for 2–3 people. The apartment includes an underground parking space (clearance height 2.25 m), accessible via Ostseestraße.
Location
The apartment is just a few meters away from numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques, lounges, and, of course, the Dünenmeile with branches of Gosch and Café Grande. These establishments are located right on the waterfront and offer a wide variety of options. The promenade blends seamlessly into the landscape. Along its 6 km, there are several viewing spots and activity areas, including the event plaza, where the popular ice rink is set up in the winter.

From the entryway, which features a coat closet, you enter the spacious living area (recliner: 0.90 x 2.00 m). Here you’ll also find the modern, open-concept, and fully equipped built-in kitchen. Through two large panoramic windows, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the entire Bay of Lübeck. The 55 m² sunny rooftop terrace is furnished with an XXL beach chair, awnings, and patio furniture, inviting you to relax and unwind. The bedroom features a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m bed with adjustable slatted frames, a built-in closet, and a satellite TV. The bright, very attractive bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures. Pamper yourself with the wellness shower, electric floor heating, and the bathroom radio. Of course, a hair dryer and an illuminated makeup mirror are also available. During the season (May 15 – September 15), a beach chair is available for you free of charge on the beach.
A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair can be provided free of charge.
