Poel Municipal Tourist Tax
The tourist tax applies to all persons staying within the municipality of Ostseebad Insel Poel who do not have their primary residence on the island. This tax is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking.
April 1 through October 31: Adults 18 and older: €3.00 per night
November 1 through March 31: Adults 18 and older: €1.80 per night

Welcome to our new vacation rental, “Thule,” on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Poel
Our “Thule” vacation rental is located in the center of Kirchdorf, the main town on the island of Poel.
The harbor and the nearest shopping areas are just a few minutes’ walk away. The island has three main beaches: Schwarzer Busch, Timmendorf, and Gollwitz. These are just a few kilometers away and easily accessible by bike.
Just outside the island’s borders, the World Heritage city of Wismar beckons with its historic market square and Gothic churches. In addition, the former Hanseatic city offers an extensive range of recreational activities and a charming maritime harbor atmosphere.
Our modern Thule vacation apartment for 2 people, approx. 27 m²:
- Living/bedroom with open kitchen and dining area, fold-down bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses), sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area for 2 people
- open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, separate 2-burner stove, toaster, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and much more.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and mirror cabinet
- Patio in the courtyard with seating (chairs + table) and grill
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free parking at the house
- Dogs allowed (one-time fee: 30.00 EUR)
