Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Collins"! This home sleeps up to 4 guests.
Enjoy ocean views from this 1,375 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located near the Pebble Beach® entrance in a particularly quiet section of northwest Carmel-by-the-Sea. The house is just a short walk to town and a couple of blocks from the beach! Don't forget the golf clubs - you'll have plenty of nearby courses to choose from and downtown Carmel and other nearby coastal towns like Monterey and Pacific Grove are full of wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries to experience.
Living Space
Up the steps from the driveway, take a few minutes on the front deck to soak in the ocean view and the fresh sea air. Then, enter the large living room / dining room with hardwood floors. The dining table has space for 6, and the living room is spacious with plenty of seating, a wood burning fireplace with brick surround, TV, stereo, views out to the deck and the ocean beyond, as well as a large slider looking out to a protected patio area.
Upstairs from the living room is a bonus den / reading room with lots of windows to enjoy the ocean view through the treetops. Relax with a vintage book from the owner’s extensive collection. The twin day bed is the perfect place to lounge with a book and to slip into a catnap.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen has some vintage touches that spark nostalgia while also providing every expected convenience from the dishwasher and smooth electric glass cook top to the wall oven and plenty of work space.
Outside
Step outside to a multi-level garden with a brick patio as well as a sheltered deck space with a propane BBQ grill. The elevated front deck is a great place to enjoy a meal at the round glass top table for four while enjoying the sea breeze and peeks of the ocean in the distance.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have hardwood floors and direct access outside through sliding glass doors.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
The nearby full, hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a small rattan writing desk.
The second hall bathroom is closest to Bedroom #2 and it has a standing shower.
The washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Off-street parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.
