Very nice 3-room vacation apartment, approx. 72 m², for 3 + 1 people, with a great, expansive view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is on two levels. Balcony, bathroom with natural light, guest restroom, parking space, bike shed

This vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of an apartment building and is easily accessible by elevator. Directly across from the beach promenade. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the Dünenmeile with its lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Bright, spacious living-dining area with sweeping views of the Baltic Sea. A deep and wide balcony with a table and chairs, offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. Beautiful living area with a sofa, 2 armchairs, and side tables. Flat-screen TV, DVD player, Bose radio, CD player, books, games, and DVDs. The dining area seats 4 people. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while taking in the view of the Baltic Sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. In addition to the drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine is also available. Small storage room. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available in this apartment.
The naturally lit bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a large sink, and a washing machine. In addition to underfloor heating, there is a towel warmer installed here. A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms.
