The living room will quickly become your favorite spot—with an extra-large, cozy sofa and a 65-inch smart TV for relaxing evenings. A separate guest restroom provides added comfort. Your personal highlight: the wellness area with an infrared sauna. Two lounge chairs are ready and waiting so that after a sauna session, you can simply do nothing—except relax. From the kitchen and dining room, you can step out onto the spacious, terrace-style balcony. Here, patio furniture and a gas grill await you for long evenings, good food, and that special sense of peace you usually only find on vacation. Upstairs, you’ll find two lovingly furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1.80 × 2.00 m [&] 1.60 × 2.00 m), a walk-in closet, and a modern full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The reading room, with its panoramic window and view of the forest, is the perfect place for quiet moments, a good book, and new ideas. A bike rack is available right in front of the house for bicycles, and you can park your car for free in the parking space next to the house. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the final price. For the wellness area, we recommend bringing your own towels—alternatively, these can be conveniently added to your booking. Additional linen packages are also available for optional booking.
