Parking: Underground parking is available for a fee (KRW 6,000 per hour). If you provide your vehicle license plate number before check-in, we can register a 70% discount, reducing the fee to KRW 15,000 per day. Please note that parking spaces are limited, and parking may not be available if the lot is full. / Limited parking availability: Due to limited capacity, parking may be unavailable when the garage is full. / Disposable items: In accordance with government regulations, disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, cleansing products, and slippers are not provided. / No smoking & no pets: The entire building is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes), and pets are not allowed. / Damages & malfunctions: Please contact the host immediately if there are any damages, breakages, or equipment issues. / Cooking & ventilation:
Please ensure proper ventilation after cooking. For the comfort of future guests, strong-smelling foods should be avoided, such as: pork belly (samgyeopsal), BBQ, crab, etc. If this policy is violated, additional cleaning fees and one night’s accommodation charge may apply.
