During your stay you have private use of the entire main house (all 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, conservatory, both bathrooms and the downstairs WC). For everyone’s privacy and comfort: ❌ The garden, rear external kitchen door, and the two separate annexes at the back of the property are not accessible and remain strictly private. ❌ Please use the front door only for entry and exit. Please do not disturb the neighbours or the tenants in the annexes — they have their own separate entrances. Driveway parking (2 cars) and unlimited free street parking directly outside are all yours. Everything inside the main house is exclusively for your group — enjoy! We want you to feel completely at home and have a carefree stay! Quiet hours 10 pm – 8 am – please be considerate of neighbours and the annexe tenants. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house (fine £500). No shoes on the carpets, please – shoes to be left by the front door. The garden, rear kitchen door and annexes are strictly private and not accessible. Parties/events are not allowed without prior written agreement. If you’d like to host a small gathering or celebration, please message me before booking – an additional cleaning/security fee will apply. Check-in after 3 pm, check-out by 10 am (flexible if no same-day turn-around – just ask). Driveway fits 2 cars max – please don’t block the pavement.
