Remodeled Corner Unit D211 with washer & dryer. Sleeps 4

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was equipped with all the amenities you need from beach chairs and towels to portable ice chest—fully equipped kitchen—everything was very clean, we enjoyed the beautiful views of Sapphire Beach from the comfort of our balcony. Easy parking and excellent location. Would highly recommend.

The Condo is just as it is advertised on VRBO. The views from the balcony are amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We thought that Sapphire beach and the area was our favorite of the other areas we visited. If you are looking for a great not overly crowded area this is it. A very ahort deibe to Red Hook for shopping and more restaurants. Thank you very much!!

Property did not meet expectations. Unit is not well-suited for 4. Additional sleeping is a pull-out sofa located in kitchen area. This area has a full-length patio door without blinds/curtains. Significant early AM light makes it difficult to sleep.Washer had a strong sewer odor, looked like mildew from door not being left open to dry between uses. Clothes got a mildew smell & had to be re-washed.Only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week-long stay for 4 people. We travel often & never had to shop for toilet paper.Prior to arrival I confirmed portable beach chairs came with condo, but it only had 2. Reservation clearly states 4 guests, including teenagers. Wasted vacation time finding chairs.The pool is close but needs updates & stone is rough. Beach loungers attendant was rude at check out & couldn’t use loungers after 5 - hunted us down & said give me chair. Not enough parking spaces for building.As expected the island experienced frequent power outages. The property advertised a generator, it broke. Attempting to report the issue was frustrating, as the contact number provided in the booking was to an office that did not manage this unit & initially indicated THE CONDO DID NOT EXIST. Lack of accurate contact information made an already difficult situation more challenging.Visited the VI multiple times & had better accommodations at lower price. This stay was disappointing & did not align with expectations set by listing.
