This house is located on 50 acres right by a large pond. It is nestled in large pine and oak trees, beside a beautiful large pond that you can view from your own back porch deck. You can hike or bike along the 50-acre property. Or maybe you prefer to fish! Then try your hand at fishing in one of the 2 large ponds stocked with bass, catfish, crappie or bream. Or just sit and relax and enjoy watching the birds, squirrels and listen to the sounds of nature.
This property is located less than 5 miles from Loop 287, which takes you around the city of Lufkin. Downtown Lufkin is less than 10 minutes away. Lake Sam Rayburn, the largest lake located entirely in Texas, is an 8-mile drive on Hwy 103 E.

Our stay in Hog Heaven was great! We rented for 2 nights for a medical procedure in Lufkin. The cabin is so cute and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with anything I would need. Property in general is very quiet and I felt safe by myself and enjoyed walks around the pond which is hilariously loud with frog voices in the evening!
