I was pleasantly surprised to find a condo available for a needed trip to Florida, and in such a favorite place of mine , Belleair Beach.Thank you David and your family for the wonderful stay and the attention to details that your place allows for .When I return to take care of some relatives in area, of which I lived for along time , I look forward to being able to look to see if this well maintained and modern condo is available for our stay again . The beaches in Belleair are the best and the quietness in area is a main draw for me and family .I have to tell you …. This was a challenging time for me personally , and I cannot tell you how nice it was to come ‘home ‘ at the end of afternoon and be able to walk for miles on beaches and take in the wind, water and sand just as I remembered and was just what I desperately needed to relax at .The condo is well stocked , David made sure the grocery order I made was put away and gave me clear and concise instructions for gate , etc. We really appreciate the cleanliness of whole place and can see it’s going to be very popular !God Bless Wendy

We stayed here in early March. This home is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and has all the conveniences that one could need for a beach experience: laundry, beach chairs, beach towels, even a beach canopy! The bedrooms and baths are nicely done with premium bedding and towels. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly and went out of their way to be available for questions, to provide helpful information and some extra items we needed. We are definitely planning to stay here again!

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic. David, our host was very friendly & responsive. We are so glad that we got to stay here.
