The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and woodburning stove. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of three king-sizes, one of which is a zip/link, and two of which have en-suite shower rooms, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed private patio with seating and hot tub, along with designated parking for one car, and an overflow car park. Please note: Strictly no use of hot tub after 10pm. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.3 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a non-smoking property.
