Brewerytown was originally named for the more than 20 breweries that operated in the neighborhood during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Today, Brewerytown contains an array of craft breweries and brewpubs in addition to a slew of eclectic eateries, boutique shops, markets, and longstanding businesses on Girard Avenue, the commercial heart of the neighborhood.
Guests can enjoy a range of convenient amenities designed to make their stay comfortable and hassle-free. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The building offers secure entry and well-maintained common areas, providing peace of mind. With modern finishes throughout and easy access to public transportation, shopping, dining, and nearby universities, this space is both functional and inviting.

**Pet Policy**
* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
**Community Guidelines**
* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
