Guest Access:
Per City of Palm Springs requirements, we will leave the necessary guest forms at the property for completion upon arrival. All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation.

You're just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs, where you'll discover award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, museums, casinos, golf courses, and local events. Enjoy scenic mountain views, nearby hiking trails, and everything that makes Palm Springs one of Southern California's favorite desert destinations.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from this centrally located home. Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away by car, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and many of the area's top attractions are all within a short drive, making it easy to experience the best of Palm Springs.

Please note: there are 3 security cameras at this property that all face public areas in front of the house. 1) outside front door; 2) driveway and 3) side of house.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Interaction with Guests:
To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete a brief virtual check-in via Zoom or Microsoft Teams within 24-72 hours of arrival. Our team will contact you, typically during the week before your stay, to schedule this required appointment. During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions. Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.

Noise regulations under the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Program was a big issue with renting this house (you even need to go through a 5-10 video-call before they will give you check-in details). Unfortunately the concern for our relaxation was not equally respected. The ordinance required no outside music, cell phone use, electronics, etc — upon threat of a 500 fine - jets were going overhead up to every 5 minutes during several periods of the day each day. Then, on our last morning before checkout - hoping to sleep in a bit - landscaping came at 7:30 am with lawnmowers and leaf blowers right near the house for more than 1 hour. The management company dismissed the issues saying the house is not in the flight path — while maybe technically true every day flights were overhead — saying that landscaping would be performed one day a week, but failed to mention by ordinance this can start as early as 7 am. The property overall was comfortable and pool and spa nice, but the daily jet traffic really was annoying. For those looking for quiet, this is unfortunately not a good choice. For those wanting a little freedom to play music at a reasonable level and have social time with friends outside, this also may not be a fit for you.
