Access is provided via electronic key cards. A refundable $250 access credential deposit is required prior to arrival, covering all physical access items, released in full upon return at checkout. A non-refundable Damage Waiver option is also available. Full details provided after booking.
This residence is managed by Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality team based in Breckenridge. Every stay is thoroughly cleaned, properly stocked, and supported throughout.
Prior to arrival, guests complete a brief identity verification through our guest portal — a valid driver's license and rental agreement are required to receive access credentials and finalize check-in. In-person ID verification may also be confirmed upon arrival by on-site staff, consistent with standard hotel procedures.
