Stay in the iconic Copan Building and discover the true charm of São Paulo. Located on the 6th floor, Refúgio Copan offers a welcoming and stylish environment, perfect for short or long stays. With décor that reflects the unique architecture of Copan, the space is ideal for those who want to experience the city in all its intensity, without sacrificing comfort and tranquility.
Copan is one of São Paulo's most iconic and historic buildings, over 60 years old, located in the heart of the city. Due to its age, the electrical grid is limited. To avoid power outages, we recommend not using multiple electronic devices simultaneously. Using only one at a time will ensure everything functions normally.
The building's restoration work has already been completed in the area where this apartment is located, guaranteeing an unobstructed view without the protective screen.
Copan is a residential building with over 1,000 apartments, making it impossible to monitor all units. Therefore, occasional noise is to be expected. During weekdays, between 8 am and 5 pm, there may be noise due to internal activity or minor maintenance work.
