Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).

This place is perfect! It’s such a cute little two bedroom one bath. Great for our weekend in St. Louis and close enough to the convention center. We were able to get a fairly inexpensive Uber. Neighborhood is cute and quiet. Plenty of places to park. I was nervous about the parking… But it’s not a problem at all. You can even park around back if you need to.
