• Pet: We love pets! We accept only one pet per stay for an additional fee. Please make sure your furry friend is supervised and doesn’t cause damage or mess. Any extra cleaning or repairs needed due to your pet will be charged to the guest.

Guests will have full access to the unit.
Shared access to the building facilities with other occupants.
While we are away we will have someone to meet you who will be available to you by phone/SMS/email (whatever you prefer) for the duration of your stay.
An initial supply of linen, bath towels and toiletries (hand wash and toilet paper as a minimum) will be provided along with a fully equipped kitchen.
• Any damages related to pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
Chewing on furniture, pillows, or other items will result in full replacement.
A pet bond of $200 is required at the discretion of the host
• Property is for use of booked guests only and parties, noisy social gatherings are strictly prohibited
• There is to be no behavior / noise that impacts negatively on neighbors and local community
• Courtyard/balcony areas are not to be used in any way that creates noise or other disturbance for neighbours – they should not be used between 10 pm and 8 am
• When absent from the property all windows and doors are to closed and locked to avoid security and water damage issues
• Smoking is prohibited inside (please smoke outside)
• Any breakages/ damage to be reported to us
