Willow's Cove is fully open and ready to welcome guests. While the cabin itself is complete, I'm continuing to enhance the surrounding landscape over the coming seasons as the property grows into my original vision. Nature doesn't become beautiful overnight—and neither does a place built with intention. Each season brings new trees, new blooms, new ideas, and thoughtful improvements inspired by guest experiences. My hope is that every visit to Willow's Cove is even a little more special than the last.

Tucked back among the trees, Willow's Cove is a private woodland escape for couples and small groups who need a break from the routines and demands of everyday life.
There are no schedules to keep here.
Sleep a little later. Pour another cup of coffee. Open your favorite bottle of wine. Watch the stars. Listen to the frogs, crickets, and owls.

From the moment you arrive, my hope is that Willow's Cove feels warm, comfortable, and easy to enjoy.
The open living and kitchen area creates a cozy space for cooking, conversation, and relaxing together. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for preparing a favorite meal, while the front deck offers a propane grill and fire table for laid-back dinners surrounded by the woods.
As evening settles in, warm ambient lighting throughout the cabin creates a peaceful, inviting atmosphere.
You shouldn't have to work hard to relax here.
Your Own Private Movie Night
Rainy day? Quiet evening?
Choose an old favorite, make some popcorn, and enjoy the best seats in the house.
The private home theater features reclining theater chairs with heat and massage, theater lighting, immersive sound, and a large-screen projector experience.
A vintage-style popcorn maker, popcorn, and a variety of seasonings are provided to complete movie night.
Some of my favorite guest stories have started in this room—including couples rediscovering movies that remind them of when they first met.
Slow Mornings in the Woods
The primary bedroom was designed as a peaceful retreat within the retreat.
Slide open the bedroom doors and take your morning coffee to the private sitting deck. Settle into one of the rocker recliners and listen as the woods slowly come alive.
Birds. Rustling leaves. Perhaps a deer wandering through.
There's nowhere you need to be.
Inside, an electric fireplace with an old barn beam mantel adds warmth and character. Look toward the loft and you'll find touches of the outdoors brought inside with deer, pine trees, and softly twinkling lights.
Soak, Unwind & Look Up
End the day in the private hot tub surrounded by the sounds of the woods.
Look for the moon through the trees. Watch the stars. Listen as the frogs, crickets, and owls provide the evening soundtrack.
Sometimes a little time beneath a big sky has a way of making life's worries feel smaller.

The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub with a bath pillow, scented Epsom salts, and soft candlelight to create a relaxing end to the day.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Willow’s Cove! Despite the rain our stay was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and felt like home. The host was extremely helpful and immediately responsive. She also went above and beyond with helping us extend our stay. The movie theater room was our favorite touch for the nights we spent indoors. I could not recommend Willow’s Cove enough, if you book your stay here you won’t regret it!

What a gem in the middle of Ohio Amish country! This is a new listing that my wife and I tried the weekend of April 10, 2026. The cabin was pristine and a perfect place for a couples' getaway. The Theater Room was incredible, and the projector was easily operated from the remote. HDMI port was accessible on the projector, so we could hook in any device and the projector was a smart unit that had access to most major streaming platforms. Popcorn maker, too! Quality wi-fi coverage throughout as well.The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make quality meals. I usually travel with some cookware and tools as I will cook most meals on a vacation, but I did not need almost anything that I brought with me.2 full bathrooms on site provided more than enough space for us, even though the master bath alone would have been more than sufficient. Towels and washcloths on hand, and even little things like Q-Tips and cotton balls were provided. Living room was open to the kitchen area, and the televisions, like the projector, was ready to go with most streaming services available (just sign in).There is ambient lighting throughout the entire house after sunset that made it easy to get around and provided a cozy feeling in the house.The outdoor area featured a large front deck, a small rear deck, and a hot tub in the front corner of the property, all top notch.Host was wonderful and very responsive. Give it a try, you will not regret it!
