Best tips by season
Spring/Summer: Perfect for grilling or dining on the deck, front porch sitting & pond views. Fishing or kayaking, and fireflies at night. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes for creek walks.
Fall: Incredible colors & foliage, and peak deer activity—ideal for photographers. Cooler evenings call for layers and cozy hot tub nights.
Winter: Cozy hot tub soaks (yes, even in snow) and quiet evenings. The driveway is typically plowed promptly, but AWD/4WD is recommended in winter weather.
Year-round: Fully climate-controlled house, hot tub open 365 days. Wildlife sightings happen often—right from the deck or windows!
For a consistently high-quality stay, the home and hot tub are cleaned, and carefully maintained between every visit.
Guests often describe the space as “immaculate” and “pristine,” with thoughtful touches throughout.
