- a lovely 10 m² terrace, equipped with a barbecue for enjoying your meals outdoors,
- a charming living room with sofa bed and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- Washing machine, Hairdryer, Iron, Smoke detector, Hangers,
- TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
- Air conditioning, Radiators,
- parking space.
After 22H, noise pollution is not accepted.
