The beautifully renovated kitchen in this one-bedroom condo rental boasts striking black granite countertops, oak cabinetry, and radiant in-floor heating, perfect for chilly mornings!
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a generous table that comfortably seats six people. In the living room, guests can unwind and enjoy the large flat-screen television, gas fireplace, modern leather furnishings, and access to the private deck that offers a delightful view of the forest from the second floor of the building.
Every visitor can utilize the complimentary town shuttle service, and this particular unit is situated in building 6 just a brief stroll away from the clubhouse. There is no air conditioning available.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Location and cost were what mattered to us. This was just a quick trip from the Front Range for two days of skiing, so basically we were just sleeping there. We would stay again!Despite not making dinner (only breakfast) the kitchen was fully equipped and was spacious.The living/dining area was also spacious for it only being a 1 bedroom.Didn't get full 5 stars as both beds (in bedroom and pullout couch) were very uncomfortable, including the pillows. There were three extra pillows for the couch but we were only given two pillow cases. And they could use some pillow covers - you can see where other people likely drooled on them (gross!).A few other things that could improve the stay but certainly not deal breakers: we were only given 4 towels for 4 people. It would be nice to have a few more.It would be really nice if there was a bedroom door separating the bathroom sinks and toilet/shower. Having some basic spices/oil in the kitchen would be nice for travelers. A mat for snowy shoes at the entrance.Thanks for the stay!!
