The holiday apartment is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residence. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Badesi. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on an open garden plot of 5 sq m with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The residence is only 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. It consists of three residential blocks separated by a central area where the reception, a snack bar, a restaurant and a laundry are located. The complex has two swimming pools.
In the centre of Badesi there are shops, bars, restaurants, a medical service and a pharmacy. The beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi are 2.5 km and 3 km away respectively and can also be reached by a public bus, the stop for which is about 50/100 m from the complex. Access is via a side road. Parking on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to late October, diameter 10.5 m, 1.7 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (diameter 6.70 m, 1.7 m deep).
