THE LIVING AREA
The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an Xbox game console with games.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Via Tres Vistas, San Diego CA 92129" for accurate distances
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day
• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Our family cleans our home. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own
• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?
No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.
• Security Devices?
Security Camera: Two devices outside the home looking at the driveway and pool area; active 24/7 to protect the guests and the homes
Noise decibel monitor: One device near the pool, outside the home. Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.

Everything was great, the home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location, close to grocery stores and shops. We didn't use the backyard very much as it was cold and rainy. The host was communicative and quick to reply to questions.

Nice house in a family neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego, across the street from Mt Carmel HS. Parks and trails nearby and close access to freeways. House is large & clean, 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a living room converted into a sleeping space, and a large dining area and living room. All of the rooms look newly remodeled and have TVs. The backyard pool area is nice though the weather was windy and rainy while we were there. It's a good place for a family stay, and the managers are responsive and helpful.

We had an excellent stay! The house is beautiful and clean. It felt like a model home with thoughtful touches throughout. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house had everything we needed to cook indoors or grill outside. The beds were comfortable, and everything felt brand new. It's a big house with plenty of room. The pool was clean and spacious. It was too chilly to swim while we were there (late October, but that was expected. The host was professional and pleasant, and responded quickly to my questions. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!
