About this house rental
Welcome to Lazy Lake Dayz—where modern sophistication meets ultimate resort fun.
Perched perfectly to capture sweeping views of the lush green fairways and the sparkling Trout Stream Pool, this bright and airy retreat is designed for those who want to be in the heart of the action without sacrificing style. Whether you’re here for a family getaway or a weekend with friends, this home offers the perfect layout for connection and relaxation.
--The Main Level: Elevated Living
Step inside the top floor to find an open-concept sanctuary flooded with natural light. The sleek, modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, flowing seamlessly into the living area—perfect for morning coffee with a view.
Master Suite: A sophisticated retreat featuring a plush King bed and easy access to the main level's amenities.
Convenience: This level also houses a laundry room and a stylish half-bath.
The View: Walk out onto the expansive upper deck to overlook the golf course, the resort pool, and the vibrant community amenities. It’s the ultimate spot for sunset cocktails or a BBQ dinner on the grill.
--The Lower Level: The Ultimate Hangout
The fun lives downstairs! We’ve transformed the lower level into a high-energy zone for kids and adults alike.
The Game Room: The garage has been professionally converted into a dedicated game space, perfect for rainy days or late-night competitions.
Versatile Sleeping:
Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds.
Bedroom 3: Two cozy twin beds.
Bedroom 4: A private Queen suite with its own en-suite bathroom.
Extra Space: A 4th full bathroom ensures everyone has plenty of room to get ready for a day at the resort.
--Outdoor Magic
From the lower level, step out onto a second private patio that leads you down a winding path to your private fire pit. Situated to overlook the golf course, it’s the most atmospheric spot in the house to roast s'mores under the stars.
--Location & Access
You are just a short stroll from the community's premier amenities, making it easy to hop between the pool and your front door.
Note on Access: To provide those incredible "birds-eye" views of the resort, the property features a steep driveway. We recommend high-clearance or 4WD vehicles during winter months, but the payoff is the best view in the neighborhood!

Great 6 nights at Lazy Lake Days in Lake Lure! 5 adults and 4 kids age 7,5,3 and 3 and was just perfect without the stress of the beach. This was our first lake vacation! The home was wonderful…(driveway really steep for a lower set car) with ample room for everyone and a few things for the kiddos to do also. You could walk to the pool and lake from the home but there is lots of steps and big hills. If you’re in good shape and no littles to haul you would be just fine. Super nice place…owner really responsive…I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

This unit was exactly as described. Very spacious, comfortable beds and the games for kids to play were a big hit. Driveway is quite steep but manageable. We had a great stay.
