Discover this 3-bedroom one level house in Middletown, MD. The home is spacious and serene on a very quiet street. The home is located one street over from Main St Middletown. We are within walking distance of Main Cup, Tapias, Alekos, Abbraccio Gelato, Moore's ice cream, and Subway. Fratelli's, Black Hog, Baskin Robins, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Cinco de Mayo and Safeway with Starbucks are all within a mile of us. Near many parks, hiking trails, battlefields and wineries. Minutes from downtown Frederick, 20 minutes to Hagerstown and a half hour to Gettysburg. Our streets are safe with sidewalks to walk on.
Large 3 BEDROOM 2 FULL BATHS rancher home over 1600 sq feet. Fresh baked goodies will be waiting for you when you arrive. Along with fresh flowers on the kitchen table.
Our guest house has a large living room (with ceiling fan) and separate family room. There is a dining table and breakfast bar for eating. Our kitchen is fully stocked (dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, cook ware, silver, dishes, pots, pans, glasses etc.) There's a large pantry to store your food.
The large master suite has a queen bed, bathroom with shower and large closet in bedroom and bathroom for hanging your clothes.
Key Code access on the front door as well as a ring camera on the porch.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large closet.
There's a full bathroom outside of these 2 bedrooms.
