Residence and apartment completely renovated in 2022/2023: energy renovation (external insulation), renovation of the common areas (entrance, lift, corridor) and renovation of the apartment (total renovation).

Electrical network refurbished with numerous electrical outlets and usb sockets.

Ski-in/ski-out apartment: ski departure is via two chairlifts detachable rooms located 100m downstream from the residence and the return via a slope located 80m upstream.

Linen and cleaning not included. Possibility to order them in advance as an option.
Exceptional: optional possibility of renting a private garage (closed individual box) under the building with direct access to the apartment by lift. Interesting price to be discussed with the owner (for information, compulsory paid parking in Tignes in winter).
