About this apartment rental
This is a beautiful duplex apartment located in the city’s historic center. It’s in an excellent location, with shops and express supermarkets nearby where you can get whatever you need, as well as a café and two restaurants on the same street.
The apartment has good security, as we have security cameras in the common areas. The apartment has air conditioning only in the master bedroom; the other areas have fans.
The Space
Our apartment blends the old with the new, featuring an air-conditioned master bedroom on the second floor (the apartment is a duplex), and a very spacious first floor where guests can relax and enjoy a pleasant time; this floor is equipped with fans only.
We have all utilities: electricity, water, gas, 282-megabit fiber-optic internet, and television.
It features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. ONLY in the master bedroom;
In the living room, there is a sofa bed and a sofa with two fans.
There is also a table in the living room where guests can sit and work.
One of the fans on the floor can be moved so that the guest can enjoy a breeze wherever they need it.

The main entrance is a common area, as the apartment is located in a two-story apartment complex formerly known as Casa Lemaitre, which contains 7 other apartments; there is greenery at the entrance.
