2 kayaks to explore the calm channel right from the backyard, play ping-pong or darts, or unwind by the fire pit. With dining, trails, shopping, & more nearby, it’s an ideal spot for both adventure & relaxation.
Lakeside Living Near Downtown Peoria – Your Private River Retreat
You’ll fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves and wake up to boats coasting through the channel—our home sits right on the water, near the Ivy Club Marina entrance on the Illinois River. Just 7 minutes from downtown Peoria, we’re located in the charming Heights, close to local shopping, restaurants, markets, and fun activities.
Step out onto the expansive new deck that stretches across the back of the home, perched above a cozy enclosed sunroom—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets over the water.
Main Level (Upstairs):
• Open-concept layout with a kitchen stocked with basic cooking essentials, modern appliances, and an Ecobee smart thermostat for personalized comfort.
• Dining area with a table for 4 and 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.
