Located on the tranquil Glyn-y-Mel Road, this charming retreat is just steps away from the bobbing boats of Lower Town’s picturesque harbour—famed as the backdrop for films like Under Milk Wood and Moby Dick.

The Space
Mill House blends traditional character with the comforts of a modern getaway. Originally part of an 18th-century mill complex, the property features:

* Historic Charm: Original stonework and architectural details that reflect its unique heritage.

* Spacious Living: A bright, airy layout designed for relaxation after a day of coastal exploration with large wood burner and 60inch smart tv to make the perfect peaceful, cozy night.

* Fully Equipped eat in Kitchen: Perfect for whipping up a feast with local Welsh produce, including brand new quality appliances: Induction hob with integrated oven below, washing machine, and the usual gadgets - coffee machine, blender, toaster etc.

* Peaceful Bedrooms: Comfortable sleeping quarters ensuring a restful night’s sleep to the sound of the nearby River Gwaun and views from the picture windows of the wooded valley leading to the harbour in the background.

Sleeps 6 in 3 large bedrooms - 1 King Bedroom, 1 Double & 1 with Daybed converting to 2 single beds.
