About this apartment rental

On the first floor, you will discover a pleasant living room furnished with a sofa bed, opening onto a large balcony with open views over the canals.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining area and a second balcony overlooking the Place des Artisans.
A guest WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms:
The first bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed, a private shower room, and a small balcony with canal views.
The second bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed.
An independent bathroom with WC is also accessible on this floor.

On the canal side, you can enjoy a balcony offering beautiful views over the canals of the lakeside city.

Please note:
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning or Internet access.
One parking space in the Residents’ parking area is included.
