Welcome to your ideal vacation retreat in Palma Nova Plaza, Palmas del Mar. This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment combines comfort and elegance with breathtaking ocean views, complemented by lush golf course and rainforest scenery, and easy access to everything the resort has to offer.
The bright, open living area flows seamlessly onto a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze while taking in the surrounding natural beauty.
Guest access:
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Palma Nova Plaza, Palmas del Mar.
During your stay, you’ll have access to:
• The full apartment, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen
• A private balcony with ocean views, plus golf course and rainforest scenery
• A fully stocked coffee and tea bar for your morning or evening enjoyment
• The shared pool within the Palma Nova Plaza complex
• Elevator access for easy arrival and departure
• High-speed Wi-Fi, Cable and Smart TV
• Air conditioning throughout the apartment
• Beach towels and beach chairs provided for guest use
You’ll also have convenient access to the surrounding Palmas del Mar resort community, including restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and walking paths.
Please note: Golf courses, marina activities, gym facilities, and other resort amenities may require separate arrangements or additional fees and are not included unless stated otherwise.
Other things to note
Please note that the apartment does not have a water cistern or generator. On rare occasions, water or electricity service may be temporarily interrupted by the utility companies. While extended outages are uncommon, these situations are beyond the host’s control.
If a water or power interruption lasts more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Refunds are not provided for nights already stayed.
The host is not responsible for alternative accommodations, transportation, or related expenses resulting from utility interruptions.
