Conveniently located just 13 miles from Disney World, this well-appointed home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! This unbeatable and peaceful location allows you to be within a short drive of everything Disney has to offer, including Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, and so much more. As you enter this splendid air-conditioned retreat, you will find a spacious layout with a welcoming living area with a smart TV with streaming and cable services, a full-sized dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. A laundry room with a washer/dryer off of the kitchen offers the final touch of convenience and comfort to make this feel like your home away from home. Large sliding doors lead to the covered patio and a screened pool area. The patio offers a great spot to dine alfresco and two comfy poolside loungers. The sparkling heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa is the definition of relaxation. Spend your evenings cooling down or treating yourself to a soothing bath. The second floor features all four bedrooms. There are two primary suites, each with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a Finding Nemo theme.

The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Nice location but check in seems to be out of the ordinary. Pool and hot tub were not heated so we didn’t use very often due to it being cold. The note above the thermostat of a setting no lower than 74 degrees does not cool the house for all the bedrooms being upstairs. Seems like maybe it’s time for a new AC and a pool heater. Other than sleeping in a hot house and pool being cold we had a wonderful stay.

Home was clean however it smelled a little stale when we entered. I was able to remedy that with some Lysol and febreeze sprays. The window blind in the living room near the sliding door needs to be replaced as it was shorter than the actual window allowing someone to look in. I would also recommend replacing the sheer curtains on the slider with non see thru curtains. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting around in the common areas at night as we felt as if we were on display and couldn’t tell if someone was looking in.
