Welcome to your private 5-acre retreat in Cocagne—an amenity-packed getaway designed for families, friend groups, and multi-generational stays. With a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and plenty of space to spread out indoors and out, this property blends comfort, entertainment, and relaxation just minutes from the coast and a short drive to Bouctouche, Shediac, and Moncton.
The Space

Chef-ready kitchen fully equipped with a 5-burner propane stove, in-wall oven, large fridge with filtered ice & water, dishwasher, espresso machine, blender, air fryer, and more.
Cozy den featuring an 80” smart OLED TV, electric reclining sofa set with speakers, board games and puzzles, plus a propane fireplace and heat pump.
Sunroom workspace with table and chairs plus a sit/stand desk and monitor—perfect for remote work (or planning the day’s adventures).
Large living room with a 3-piece sofa set, propane fireplace, and heat pump for year-round comfort.
Teen/kids retreat (garage hangout) with TV, sofa, ping pong table, and easy setup for gaming (hook up a Switch). Plus fitness gear including a Bowflex resistance set, rowing machine, punching bag & gloves, and general exercise equipment.
