Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day)
Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
Shared community amenities like a clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids' water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining, a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade.
We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

We loved our stay at this condo! Plenty of room for the family. Having 4 bathrooms for our party of 7 was great! It’s fairly close to Disney but Universal is a little further. Having a larger sleeping and living area is worth the extra drive time. I would recommend this condo. We might book here again for our next visit!

We did not receive the rental info with the access code until after we arrived and I called and emailed to ask what the code was, an hour after our check-in time. We were able to get in the property because the sliding glass door beside the entry door was unlocked because the latch was bent in badly from someone trying to pry the door open. Parking at this property is rediculous with cars parked at odd angles and blocking the streets. The shower door in the primary shower was very difficult to open and close, the sliders/rollers are broken and the two doors want to slide with each other, it takes two people to close the shower doors. The kitchen faucet is loose and the faucet arm always immediately swings back to the middle where the water hits the sink divider. The smoke alarm started beeping at 2am because the batteries were dead. Had climb up on a bar stool to reach it, twist it off the mount and unplug it on the back... thats always a nice way to wake up in the middle of fhe night. There are zero ceiling fans in the entire place, being restricted to setting the thermostat to no less then 74 degrees did not make the place cool enough to sleep comfortably (we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees at our house in FL and we are always comfortable) this place needs ceiling fans in every room. The pool on the property had sand and debree in the bottom but the community pool was clean and nice, crowded but nice. .
