Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, in a front-lake and harbour position, recently renovated apartment in a residence with swimming pool!
The apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula that serves as a table completed with comfortable stools. Through a French door you can access the outside of the apartment, which enjoys a private unenclosed garden. The house continues with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet.
*The shared swimming pool is open from 20 April to 19 October, from 09:00–13:30 and 15:30–22:00. The use of a swimming cap may be required.
*The residence has a large 4000 sqm park and has direct access to the lake and private jetty. Furthermore, it is just a few steps away from the port, beach, park, bus stop, boat rental and e-bike rental.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information relating to your booking within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.
