Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, facing the lake and harbour, this recently renovated apartment is part of a residence with a swimming pool!
The flat welcomes guests with a bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula that serves as a table complete with comfortable stools. French windows lead to the outside of the flat, which enjoys a private, unfenced garden. The flat continues with a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
*The residence's swimming pool is open from May to September and enjoys a wonderful view of the lake.
*The residence has a large 4,000 m² park and direct access to the lake and private jetty. It is also just a short walk from the harbour, beach, park, bus stop, boat hire and e-bike hire.
