Inside, the apartment offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living and dining area designed for group comfort. Large windows connect the interior with the terrace, allowing natural light and sea views throughout the space.

The beach is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, providing a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.
The house is also home to a few friendly resident cats living on the lower floor, who may occasionally wander up to the terrace, contributing to the relaxed and homely atmosphere of the property.
