Discover this beautiful upper-floor apartment in a central yet quiet location in Norddeich!
The apartment is easily accessible by elevator, so even people with limited mobility can enjoy the benefits of this apartment. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the hallway with a coat closet, from which all other rooms branch off. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a view of the TV, a dining area that seats three people, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a raised oven, a ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The living area also provides direct access to the large, furnished balcony.
The accommodation also features two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed (full-length topper, 1.80 m), a dresser, a desk, and a closet; the other with a sleeper sofa (1.40 m), a closet, and a TV. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a large, walk-in shower, an electric towel warmer, a toilet, a sink, a small washing machine, a drying rack, and a hair dryer; there is also a separate guest restroom.
Laminate flooring is installed throughout the apartment, and all windows are equipped with electric roller shades and pleated blinds.
The vacation apartment complex also features a private playground for our younger guests (subject to change; we assume no liability).
The apartment has free Wi-Fi (we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).
A parking space and an outdoor storage area in front of it with an electrical outlet for bicycles you bring along are also included with the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.

The vacation rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
