• PARKING
- Parking is free.
- It is marked and limited to 2 parking spots.
- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Trash must be placed in bags and disposed of in the dumpster on Sustainable Street.
It is strictly prohibited to leave trash bags at the front door, even temporarily. Failure to comply will result in a fine at the guest's expense.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
